How to Create a Maintenance Request at The Meridian on Sand Key

  1. Log in to One Source at https www3.senearthco.com

  2. Go to the tab on the left hand side “Maintenance” and click on it.

  3. Under that tab go to “Create New Request” and click on it.

  4. In the Search bar in the upper right type in your name.

  5. Click on the box next to your name and make a check mark in the box.

  6. Click on the box bottom left that reads “Next”.

  7. If you click on the “+” sign the topic will expand.

  8. Click on the “Select” button on the right side that bests fits your request for maintenance

  9. If you would like a reminder date for this request click on the picture of a calendar and set a date.

  10. In the comments area please describe the maintenance that needs to be done.

  11. If you have a picture of the request you can click on “Choose File” and add the picture

  12. When the maintenance request is complete click on “Create Request” at the bottom of the screen on left. This will send it to the Property Manager.

  13. Under the “Maintenance” tab on the left you can click on “My Requests” you can see the status of your maintenance request.

 

 

EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS

Unless it is a 911-type of situation, in which case we should call 911 immediately, Meridian owners need to call the Resource Property Management Emergency After Hours Number at (727) 281-2662 and from there they will make whatever calls deemed necessary to building personnel.
