PROCESS FOR MAKING COMPLAINTS ABOUT ISSUES, RULE VIOLATIONS, STAFF, RESIDENTS, ETC.

 

From time to time there might be a need to bring an issue up that you feel needs to be addressed as a complaint. These are the categories of complaints to be submitted, who the complaint is sent to, and how that person receiving the complaint can be contacted:

Complaints about issues on property:

1) Submit a work order through the One Source System (See instructions on “How to

Create a Maintenance Request”)

Complaints about rule violations:

Complaints about the staff:

EMERGENCY AFTER HOURS

Unless it is a 911-type of situation, in which case we should call 911 immediately, Meridian owners need to call the Resource Property Management Emergency After Hours Number at (727) 281-2662 and from there they will make whatever calls deemed necessary to building personnel.
