Information for your Guests

• There are two towers. Units 1, 2, 3 as you enter the Front Entrance, to the left and 4, 5, 6 to the right of the entrance. 
   

• You will need your card key/key fob when you arrive to get in and out of the building as well as the pool area.  The large gold key is to the beach, Garage Door from the beach sometimes sticks and the key opens that door, Fitness Center and Pool Room.
   

• There are 3 units per floor per tower, except the penthouse floors 18, 19, 20 & 21 and levels 1 and 2.
   

• The water for the unit is controlled by a lever on the top of the water heater. It is marked with a red tag.  Both the water and hot water heater must be shut off when you leave for more than 48 hours, remember to also shut off the hot water circuit breaker.

• Quarterly put a cleaning solution bleach or vinegar down the air conditioner drain to keep build up from happening.

• It is suggested that you close hurricane shutters and bring in all the outside furniture before you leave for more than 48 hours. During hurricane season it is mandatory.

• Make sure you turn the AC to “hold” on 78 degrees or lower, when you leave.
   

• Please tie trash before throwing it down the trash chute. The main Trash Room is in the Garage.  One on West, and one on East side of garage. Recycles go to the trash room.  Plastics, newspapers and cans and bottles are recycled.  PLASTIC BAGS ARE NOT TO BE PUT IN THE RECYCLE BIN. Recycle bins are available in the trash room.
   

• There is a Fitness Center and a Pool Room off the lobby at the west end of the 1st floor.  The Pool Room is by the mailboxes and the Fitness Center is beyond the double doors at the end of the West hall.  You need the large key to get into either of those rooms. 
   

• The Tennis courts are for the use of our residents and their guests. Please observe the Tennis rule. Children under the age of 13 must be must be accompanied by a responsible adult age 18 or older. Hours of use of the tennis court: 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. Please clean the court and shut off all lights when leaving court.

• All entry to the pool and beach must be through the garage, see the list of rules under Pool Rules.  To get to the beach you must bring your keys, the largest key opens the gate to the beach. THERE IS TO BE NO GLASS OR FOOD ON THE POOL DECK OR AT THE HOT TUB.
   

• The restaurants across the street are pretty good, Columbia is famous in Tampa.  The hotel restaurants in both the Marriott and Sheraton are good. Maggie Maes is open for breakfast and lunch. Backwater’s, has a takeout menu and sit down lunch and dinner, they have a good happy hour. Across the Sand Key bridge back to Clearwater are many restaurants and Cesare is on the corner.  But then on Clearwater Beach there are lots of Restaurants and Bars, Frenchy’s is a Clearwater Favorite.  Going South on Gulf Blvd, there are tons of restaurants on Gulf Blvd towards Redington Shore.
   

• The grocery store is about 4 miles away.  Take a right outside the condo, take a left at the light to Bellair and 1 mile over the causeway is Publix.   There is a convenience store in the shops across the street for simple things and beer and wine.  There is a Dunkin Donuts, Coffee Shop & Ice Cream Shop. 
   

• The concierge, CC Mon-Thur. and Ellen on Fri, 1st floor lobby, are very helpful and should be able to answer any building/unit related questions.  727 593-7433. For after hour emergencies call the guard house at 727-593-0373.  For Medical emergencies dial 911.
